Building My Own Office the Right Way
I am so excited! After 10 years in the rat race and working my way up the corporate ladder, I am now a partner in the company that I am working for. As one of the major shareholders, I am implementing rules that would benefit our employees. I believe that a company’s success is greatly attributed to how happy and satisfied the employees are. We have very loyal employees who have been here even before I started in this firm. I think the best way to reward them is to show them how important they are to us. So, the first thing I am going to do as a partner is to purchase ergonomic office furniture for them.
