Getting Out of Debt Quick

I have put myself in a really tough place in the last few years.  Debt has become something that has taken over my life.  It all started with one credit card, which led to two and three.  I am now in such a tough place financially that I cannot even afford to pay off the interest that is collecting up on these things. I am not even sure about personal loans.  I had originally thought about this as an option to get out of debt.  But if my credit is not good enough then I am going to be out of luck.
