Promotion Denied
When I was twenty two, I got into a fight at a bar. Everyone ended up jumping in and the cops were called. Someone I was convicted of assault although the other guy jumped me first. Now I want the court to expuge record florida. I am forty six and have never been in trouble since then so I am hoping they will. My employer has offered me a promotion, but it requires a security clearance which I cannot obtain with this on my record. I’m contacting a lawyer to see if they can help me as the sooner this is done, the sooner I can file my clearance paperwork.
