Allergy Season Always Drives Me Indoors
24 February 2010
When the weather changes and the days become longer, my friends get all excited about spending more time in the great outdoors. I, on the other hand, get extra library books and rent movies so that I can stay indoors as much as possible. The other side of the joys of spring is the pollen it brings to all of us who are allergic. I think that allergy season is the hardest time of the entire year for me. Medicine gives me some relief, but I miss the freedom that others enjoy to be outside celebrating the passing of another winter. Perhaps someday this will no longer be a problem for me.
