Do you understand beginner bodybuilding (German: Anfänger Bodybuilding)? This question is important before you start to build your muscles. There is a separate set of instructions and guidelines at each stage of bodybuilding. You can not simply follow the schedule of professional bodybuilders. As a beginner, you can use equipment like dumbbell, exercise bike and bench only. Start simple workouts like dumbbell curls, dumbbell pullover, push ups and leg extensions etc. Start with two sets and increase to three sets after a month. Rest and sleep is important, so have an alternate day schedule. Take a balanced diet that is rich in nutrition, fruits, vegetables and vitamins. If a trainer or guidance is available, it is very helpful. If not read up some good information especially written for beginners. Remember, any exercises done wrong could be extremely harmful.
