Bodyweight routine for big muscles?
I’ve been looking to put together a bodyweight routine for building big muscles, and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for exercises? I’m including a lot of basic push-up and pull-up routines, but I’m looking for some more ideas.
I’m actually thinking about downloading the AthLEAN-X .pdf, it’s a 90 day workout program that is based mainly on bodyweight exercises. I’ve been hearing good things about it from a few friends of mine who are on the football team at college, so I think I may give it a shot.
If anyone has any suggestions or recommendations, I’m all ears!
