Butt Crunches

I know that people don’t like when their behind starts getting out of shape, especially for women. It’s not as firm as it used to be. That’s probably because you haven’t been working on it. I still think that walking everyday is the perfect total body workout but you can try some butt crunches. If you do, you can experience quick weight loss on your behind. You can kneel on the floor, on a mat if you want and point you leg and lift it up and down. Do this 20 times for each leg every day to see some results.
