Use the Gym for Intensity
When you are working out at your own home by yourself, it can be tough to tell if your really getting the most from your workout. It can be difficult to tell if you are exercising with enough intensity. This is common when you are new to weight training especialy. It seems like you are always able to squeek out an extra rep or two, or add a couple more pounds to your lift if there are people around. In order to gain lean muscle and lose fat you need an intense work out. If you do train at home you will with experience see results.
