Using Salt Water Gargle to Remove Tonsil Stones

Have you heard about this technique? You can gargle with salt water to remove tonsil stones. Apparently the vibration of the gargle will help release any tonsil stones that’s stuck in the tonsil crypts. The salt water is supposed to help dissolve the stones as well. I haven’t tried this method as it won’t help right away. It’s more of a preventive action to keep the stones in check. To remove them right away like an emergency solution you should use a waterpik or a q-tip. These ways are effective and will almost surely remove any stone that’s causing your problem.
