Why You Should Rest More Often After Gym Workouts

Do you know that you should rest every other day after every workout? 

If you workout hard in the gym, then you should be resting your muscles as much as possible after that. If you do not give your muscles enough time to rest and repair, they will not grow!

You might not know this: your muscles do not grow in the gym; they only get bigger and stronger when you are resting.

To fuel-up the muscle-building process, you should also eat more proteins and drink more water. Opt for white meats such as fish and chicken. Drinking enough water also helps you to gain muscle mass faster.
