Looking to find colon cleanses

Three hours ago someone I just met was exploring for advice on getting colon cleanses. Someone named Michael stated that the wisest thing would be to search on the internet, because that normally yields the most accurate answers if you do it right. But a different person suggested the exact opposite. Then following much digging, the answer was found, after completely implementing the second person’s advice. Everything worked out well and I am happy because I am aware that a lot of people just don’t know where to search for these answers. A lot of others are asking themselves comparable questions about the issue. There is a lot of bad information out there and everyone has to be cautious who to listen to.
