Making Sure to Follow the Food Service Sanitation Rules
I am planning to open up my own restaurant, and I want to make sure to follow all of the food service sanitation rules. Can anyone tell me where I can go in order to find out what these are? I can’t follow the rules if I am not familiar with them, so I need to start reading up on this so that I can assign the necessary tasks to my employees once we are open for business. I want things to be really clean so that there are no problems with cleanliness on my record and we have less chance of food borne illnesses.
