Not just us

I have been doing some research in to the south african property for sale to see what is moving and not moving down there. My office is based up north and our last year was not a particularly flash one for us so I have been looking to see how other regions have been doing in comparison. I actually spoke to an agent down there just the other day and she said it was certainly a slower than normal time for them. I guess this made me feel a little better knowing that it was not just us up here that have been having a less than satisfactory season.
