Holiday in Cornwall

When my family and I go to the United Kingdom this year we plan to spend time in each part of the region. We were thinking of spending of spending part of our holiday cornwall. I read some where that they have a bird sanctuary and a nice beach. I think that we will end up staying at a bed and breakfast there over about four days and three nights.  I need to do more research about the region. I want to plan out our days that we plan to spend there. I probably will not ever get to go back since I live so far away.
